LOOK BOOK, 2019

The LOOK BOOK is a publication that displays Van der Ende’s proposals for costumes. The items on the pages are based on a historical research of people in power positions. 
The LOOK BOOK publication functions as a guide for the performers in Van der Ende’s work, who are invited to explore the possibilities of the garments. This process and the items itself are considered works. They have been shown with and without activation, as autonomous works as well as costumes during a performance of the ‘DRESS REHEARSAL’.

The collection of items consists of textile, paper and cardboard.
